How is a Telegram bot different from a website or app?

A bot lives inside Telegram — the customer doesn't need to install an app or open a website. They tap in, see the menu, and order. For small business it's the path of least resistance.

How much does support cost after launch?

The first 30 days are free: we fix bugs and answer questions. After that — ~$10/hour or a fixed monthly fee based on your volume.

Who owns the bot after handover?

You do. The bot is tied to your Telegram account and hosted on your side. We hand over the source code and all access.

Can I extend it myself later?

Yes. The code is in TypeScript and the structure is documented. If you hire another developer — they'll get up to speed in a couple of hours.

How do I pay as a legal entity or IE?

We issue an invoice from our IE and work by contract. For individuals — card, Click, Payme, Rahmat, cash.

Can the bot handle lots of orders?

Do you do broadcasts?

Do you only work in Tashkent?

Geographically we work from anywhere. The IE is registered in Uzbekistan, but we can build a project for a business in any country.
