This page describes how Botforge processes personal data of visitors to botforge.uz. If anything is unclear, message @BotforgeUZ on Telegram.

1. Who processes your data

The site is run by Botforge — we develop Telegram bots for businesses in Tashkent. For any data-processing questions — Telegram @BotforgeUZ.

2. What data we collect

Via the "Discuss a project" form: name, contact (Telegram handle or phone), business type, and message. Beyond the form — standard technical data captured on page requests (IP address, User-Agent) that lands in hosting logs.

3. Cookies and web analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Yandex.Metrica — they help us understand which pages people visit and what actions they take. These services set cookies and collect anonymized technical data: IP (anonymized), device, referrer, on-site path. We use the analysis to improve the site and measure ad performance. Processors: Google LLC and Yandex LLC. To opt out, disable cookies in your browser settings or use a tracker-blocking extension.

4. Where data is stored and who else is involved

Inquiries are delivered to the owner's personal chat through the Telegram Bot API — processor: Telegram FZ-LLC. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages — processor: Cloudflare, Inc., through whose infrastructure requests and technical logs flow. Your chosen theme and language are saved in your browser's localStorage — this data stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.

5. Legal basis and purpose

Form data is processed based on your consent, given when you click "Submit". The purpose is to contact you and discuss the project. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or shared with third parties (beyond the processors in sections 3 and 4).

6. Retention

Inquiries remain in the owner's Telegram chat until manually deleted or until your request. On request, we delete within 3 business days.

7. Your rights and how to exercise them

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent. To do so, message @BotforgeUZ on Telegram — include the name and contact you used for the inquiry, and we'll delete or return the data.

8. Policy changes

The current version is always on this page; the update date is shown at the top. Material changes come with a new date.
